Hope Partnership

CMF International began a new work in the Mathare Valley slum of Nairobi, Kenya in 2000 in conjunction with Missions of Hope International which was founded and directed by a Kenyan couple, Wallace and Mary Kamau.  Combining the strengths of our organizations, our relationship has simply been called the Hope Partnership.

The Hope Partnership is working to break the cycle of poverty and hopelessness.

We serve the communities by:

  • Providing education, clothing, and nutritious meals for the poorest children in the village through our Child Sponsorship program.
  • Offering a strong Community Health Evangelism program (including health/wellness, hygiene, sanitation, agriculture, Bible lessons).
  • Teaching HIV/AIDS awareness, and caring for those who live with this disease.
  • Sponsoring the microfinance program for launching small businesses.
  • Training adults in specialized skills.
  • Providing counseling.

Your contribution to BigDent provides funding for the microfinance program of Hope Partnership.
